Easy Reporting Tool

Easy Reporting Tool application is intended to generate reports based on General Ledger entries. This very flexible tool permits simple definition of reports based on the information stored in accounts and account dimensions. It also provides data on budgeted figures. Reports can be generated as of any day and for any dimension, as necessary data are downloaded from the GL transaction file.

• The resulting report is displayed in the form of a grid on the screen.
• Data may be copied to clipboard or exported to Excel.
• For each report user may define columns and rows, which it should include. Example data in columns: opening balance, balance, budget, budget deviation, closing balance. For each row it is possible to specify accounts ranges and dimensions from which data should be download to individual spreadsheet cell.
• Possibility to define many base report parameters - it may include: period, range of accounts or dimensions.
