EDA - the Epicor and Phocas application has been the best-assessed solution in the BI Survey 18 conducted by BARC

BARC run the large survey with 3 000 responders worldwide and 36 products in 30 different key performance indicators. The combined Phocas and Epicor EDA application received a perfect scores - 10 out of 10 - winning in 28 categories, like: project success, price-to-value, recommendation, ease-of-use and visual analysis.

Due to the results of the survey, we are very proud to announce that:

• 91 percent of surveyed users would definitely recommend the Epicor EDA application
• 66 percent of surveyed users report no significant problems in the use of EDA compared to 39 percent for the average BI tool
• 63 percent of surveyed users chose EDA because of its ease of use for report designers compared to 34 percent for the average BI tool
