Easy Reporting Tool

Quick and simple General Ledger reporting.

The Easy Reporting Tool application is intended to generate reports based on General Ledger entries. This is a very flexible tool permitting simple definition of reports basing on the information stored in accounts and account dimensions. It also provides data on budgeted figures.

Reports can be generated as of any day and for any dimension, as necessary data are retrieved from the GL transaction file.

The resulting report is displayed in the form of a grid on the computer screen.

Data may be copied to clipboard or exported to Excel. For each report user may identify columns and rows, which it should include. In columns the following data may be defined, for example: opening balance, balance, budget, budget deviation, closing balance. For individual rows it is possible to specify accounts ranges and dimensions from which data for individual spreadsheet cells may be obtained.

It is also possible to define many base parameters for the report to be generated. These may include, for example: period, range of accounts or of account dimensions.
