Epicor Mobile Access is an application designed to unlock the valuable data in ERP and make it accessible anywhere, anytime, on any device. By leveraging the power of existing Epicor ERP Dashboard and Business Activity Query functionality, Epicor Mobile Access helps to provide with the requested information at the fingertips and allows to update that information on real time.

Epicor Mobile Access is designed to enhance security by harnessing the same security settings as in Epicor ERP. Login credentials verify an access to the application server, and user as well as role based security within Epicor ERP helps to ensure that users can only access their relevant information.

This means that users across the business can input and update business critical data regardless of their location. Services team can instantly create and update work order details to deliver a fast and effective service to customers.
